Maintenance of information systems
Since the beginning of 2006 the company has established an INSIS support department. INSIS is a specialized information system used by our client “Bulstrad Vienna Insurance Group”. The system supports the entire process of policy registration, premium payments, commissions, claims, reserves calculation as well as generic insurance processes. The system offers a wide variety of reports. Employees of the department provide end-users support for the execution of complex operations. Support is provided when needed for customization and support of module “Payment of commissions to agents” as well as of module „FSC reporting”. The reports could be weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual. Configuration and customization is performed for any new insurance requested by customers, and changes are performed of the existing insurance policies, related to changes of the general insurance terms and conditions. It is possible to define custom reports and extensions of the system, when requested by clients.
