TBI Info organizes an internship program, with which aims to train and aid talented young people by giving them a start in their professional career.

Internship duration

The internship program lasts from one to three months. During this period the candidates must be available no fewer than 4 hours a day between 9 am and 6 pm. The interns receive minimum wage monthly during this period.

Requirements (for the candidates)

• Students who have completed their third year of studies in one of the following fields: Computer sciences, Informatics, IT or another suitable subject
• Knowledge and interest in the sphere of Java, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, JQuery, Bootstrap, Cloud technologies, data base processing
• A good command of English
• Communicativeness
• Teamwork skills

Process of the internship program

At the beginning of the program every intern acquaints with the company, its history and traditions. They enter upon the work process, their responsibilities are determined with the help of a mentor, who helps them and supervises the execution of the given tasks. The schedule is formed at the discretion of the intern. The interns participate in in-house initiatives that stimulate creative thinking and innovative ideas. At the end of the program the mentor and the intern evaluate the degree at which the aim is reached and the effectiveness of the program. All participants receive special certificates for successfully accomplishing an internship program.
